In her speech, she highlighted the importance of women’s participation and leadership in advancing human rights, justice and peace. She then presented human rights awards to three female activists as part of an annual Hillary Rodham Clinton award ceremony hosted by the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security in Washington
