The NIA filed on Tuesday its first chargesheet under the Anti-Hijacking Act against 37-year-old Mumbai businessman Birju Kishor Salla, who was arrested for threatening to hijack a Mumbai-Delhi bound Jet Airways flight on October 30 last year.
